Spring Book Fair
The Spring Book Fair will be held March 22, 2010 - March 25, 2010 in the library. The book fair will be open during normal school hours, 7:45am - 2:30pm. The last day the book fair will be open is Thursday, March 25, 2010. We look forward to seeing you at the book fair.
Spring Break
Spring Break: Monday, March 29, 2010 - Monday, April 5, 2010. Students will return to school on Tuesday, April 6, 2010. Please note that Friday, March 26, 2010 is a full day of school.
Boy's Track Tryouts
Boy's Track tryouts will be held Tuesday, April 6, 2010 - Thursday, April 8, 2010. Please be reminded that you must have a current physical dated after May 1, 2009 for participation.
Schoolwide Incentive Trip Criteria
- Maintained a C or better in all classes
- Satisfactory in conduct & effort - No U's
- No more than 1 referral
- No more than 1 unexcused absence or 5 excused absences (unless a medical emergency)
- No more than 2 unexcused tardies to school
Please note: Late notes at this time will not be accepted.
Sports Physicals
Please be reminded that each student must have a sports physical in order to try out for any sport. Sports physicals must be dated after May 1, 2009 to be valid for participation in 2009-2010 team sports. Sports physicals are also needed for cheerleading, dance and step team. A sports physical is different from a school entrance exam.
National Gallery of Writing
Faculty and Students:

School Fusion/Edulink InTouch - Parent Accounts
Parents will need to
create a new account
for the 2009-2010 school year.
Accounts from 2008-9 are deleted.
This new account will allow you to connect to your students even if they attend different schools and will continue to work when they move to different schools in our county.
To create an account you will need to pick up your Parent "Passcode" Letter from Potomac Middle School during regular school hours. To pick up a passcode letter you must be listed in the Student Information System as a parent or guardian and will need a picture ID. You must pick up your Parent Passcode Letter in person. Passcode or account information cannot be given over the phone or in an e-mail.
School Fusion keeps you up to date with what your student should currently be doing in classes by connecting you to their class pages and teachers. Edulink InTouch allows you to see exactly what grades your student has in each class and to verify your student's records.
