Superintendents Inclement Weather Letter
Homework Club
National Junior Honor Society (NJHS) will hold its first Homework Club on Thursday, November 5th from 3:00-4:00pm. Students who have been recommended to participate in the homework club must have a signed permission slip. The homework club will meet every Thursday from 3:00-4:00pm. Please click here to download a permission slip if your child has been recommended.
Sports Physicals
Please be reminded that everyone must have a physical in order to try out for any sport. Physicals must be dated after May 1, 2009 to be valid for participation in 2009-2010 team sports. Physicals are also needed for cheerleading, dance and step team.

School Fusion/Edulink InTouch - Parent Accounts
Parents will need to
create a new account
for the 2009-2010 school year.
Accounts from 2008-9 are deleted.
This new account will allow you to connect to your students even if they attend different schools and will continue to work when they move to different schools in our county.
To create an account you will need to pick up your Parent "Passcode" Letter from Potomac Middle School during regular school hours. To pick up a passcode letter you must be listed in the Student Information System as a parent or guardian and will need a picture ID. You must pick up your Parent Passcode Letter in person. Passcode or account information cannot be given over the phone or in an e-mail.
School Fusion keeps you up to date with what your student should currently be doing in classes by connecting you to their class pages and teachers. Edulink InTouch allows you to see exactly what grades your student has in each class and to verify your student's records.
