The Regional track meet has been rescheduled for Tuesday, October 20^th with a start time of 2PM at Freedom High School.  Ribbons will be given to students placing 1^st through 6^th place.  All track members will be dismissed from class at 1:20 PM that day to get dressed and board the school bus by 1:30 PM.  Students should eat a healthy dinner the night before the meet and drink plenty of water in order to stay hydrated. 

q       All students will be wearing the track uniform (white T-shirt underneath track shirt) and sweats whether they are participating or not in the Regional Track Meet.

q       All students will need to eat a healthy lunch prior to the dismissal time.

q       Bring a healthy snack as well as an extra water bottle to take with you.

o        There will be a cost for admission to the meet for parents and spectators.

o        All spectators must remain in the stands after completion of the field events in their school section.

o        All students that are not riding the bus back to Potomac Middle will need to be signed out on the clip board.

There will be a celebration the following week (date to be announced) to wrap up the Track Season, hand out ribbons, and to collect uniforms.  Students should wash each clothing item and turn it in to a Coach Bergeron as soon as possible after the Regional Track Meet.
